An active property investor since 2002, Michelle has extensive experience in Property Management. She prides herself on exemplary customer service, a philosophy that underpins the entire Focus West team. Michelle has carefully selected a team of like-minded individuals who are committed to providing an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants at all times. When not working on her business, Michelle enjoys writing and the occasional short holiday.
Jessica worked in the banking industry in Malaysia for over 20 years, specialising in property development loans, firstly as a commercial Mortgage Officer and subsequently as Branch Manager.
Upon arriving in Australia, Jessica’s passion for property led her to Focus West. Jessica has a flair for interacting with people. She is sales and service oriented and takes pride in her extensive property knowledge, her punctuality and her ability to match properties to suit the customers’ needs.
Fatema joined the Focus West Property team in 2016 and is qualified in both property management and sales services.
John spent a number of years as director of a construction company before entering the real estate industry eleven years ago in New Zealand. After arriving in WA in 2013, John quickly developed strong relationships with buyers and sellers of commercial and industrial property. John is a qualified business broker and believes that his present and past clients are his best referees.
Stephen Price – Systems Support B.Sc (Edith Cowan)
Computer systems development and support. Stephen's background is in Computer Programming and Design. Stephen is looking forward to developing Focus West Property into the most cutting edge, online real estate portal.
